“New” letter from child and cannot open. It has a black X on it. Still waiting on another question to be answered. Thanks!

I am so sorry to hear you are having this issue with your letter. Can you please reply with a screenshot of this letter that you cannot open, as well as can you please confirm that you cannot open this letter on your app, nor online at compassion.com. Is this letter the only one that you cannot access? Or are you unable to open any of your letters? If you find this issue is only on the app, can you please reply back with your Phone Make and Model: e.g.(iPhone 6S or Samsung Galaxy S6) and the OperatingSystem: (OS version being used)? Well the X is now gone as well as where it said “New”. Online it says it’s in translation.
