1st time sponsoring a child questions

We are new to this. We just started sponsoring our 1st child 2 weeks ao. We received an email today to set up our account. I did but it is saying we do not have anyone we are sponsoring. My email had the correct child's name in it. Does it just take time to update?

Hi Cristina, I am another sponsor and just want to welcome you to the sponsorship journey!  I love being a sponsor and getting to know my kids.  I have been sponsoring quite a while now and have had kids graduate from the program.  There are a few Facebook groups for sponsors if you are interested.  One is called Compassion Sponsors and Correspondents Facebook Forum.  Sponsors share letter ideas and experiences with their sponsor kids on it and you can ask questions there.  It is quite helpful and even rather fun to be a part of it.  Just request on here to be added.  

I am sure someone will answer your question about your account as soon as they can.  I just saw a comment from one of the four gals yesterday on the Facebook group that three out of four of them were out and she was getting back with people as quickly as she could!

Hi Cristina! Congratulations on your new sponsored child! We are so thankful to have you with us! 
I actually do not see that you have registered your account. It is possible that it didn't go through. You should be able to use your sponsor number, 07560166, and register for a new account at Compassion.com. Once you have created this new account, you should see Michael on your account.
