I never saw her show up on the sponsored dashboard but when you hit the link to her name it says that she is in the process of being sponsored since February 27th. Her name is Ana   #071812614 from Assemleiade Deus Miniterio Montese in Brazil. Is there any way to see if she has been sponsored? Thank you!

Someone from compassion will be able to help you but they maybe able to put a hold on it so if it comes up for sponsorship again

I remember I went to the same thing with two of my little ones and I felt a little sad that I didn't sponsor them immediately. Turns out they were still available! It might just be a glitch. A Compassion worker will definitely be able to help you and like Stephen said will be able to put a hold on her for you if she is indeed available! If she is not hopefully another child God places in your heart will need you in their lives and call you to fill the space of a sponsor they desperately need! Best wishes on your new sponsorship with Anna or another child in need :)

Hi Theresa! I see that there is a young lady by the name of, Raira Kertlen Venancio De Sousa, on hold on your account. She is also in Brazil... Is this by any chance the same young lady? The number that you provided above, was not actually a full child number. A child number would start with two letters, in this case it would be BR. Even by adding this to the number you provided, I was still unable to locate her. Do you happen to have that information? A full name would also be very helpful. Regrettably, without her child number or full name, I will not be able to locate her. However, if we are able to find her, I will happily figure out what is happening. :)
