Hello!

I accidentally paid a month in advance for two of my girls. To avoid confusion, can you have it so that everything is back to normal in February instead of continuing to donate a month in advance?

Hi Briana! I was able to set your donations for Osius and Viabhavi to pull out in February instead of having another month pulled out in January. Thanks for letting me know!  I'm so sorry for the confusion!

I just posted a problem with double payments as well. Is there anyway I could get a refund for the 2nd payment. We sent in a check and then I just paid online by accident.

Hi Bria! Your email address is linked to a few different accounts, so I am not sure which one we need to refund the second donation on. Can you tell me the child ID for the child you gave an extra donation for? We won't be able to refund the amount until it has processed through our system, which usually takes about 24-48 hours.

I was able to call and get it settled. Thank you for your reply. Anyway to delete old accounts not being used. I use rebellion.bf@gmail.com mostly.

Hi Bria! I'm not sure I understand your request. I do see that you have more than one sponsorship account, but I am not able to simply delete an old sponsorship account because there are two different names on these accounts along with your name. As for your email address, I do see that we have your email on your account :). Please let me know how I can help you :).

I accidentally paid twice. I sent in a check and then just now paid with my debit card. Is there anyway I can get a refund for my debit card transaction just now?
