Accidentally sent a "gift" instead of paying for my sponsorship - what now?

Unfortunately I fell behind on my monthly payments and finally got the cash to pay off what I owed, but I think I sent it as a "gift" payment because it's still saying I owe over $100 for each child. I didn't mean to send the money as a gift, I was simply trying to pay off the monthly payments I owed. Can this be reversed? I don't like being behind on my payments.

Hi Christina,
I am so sorry for the confusion here! I am not actually seeing a $100 gift on your account, nor any donation of $100. Is it possible it didn't go through? I would encourage you to check on your bank statement to see if it indeed did go through. If it did, please email us a copy of the proof of payment to socialmedia@compassion.com so that we can make your account right. Thanks so much!

This is the confirmation e-mail I received about the donation. http://photobucket.com/gallery/user/n...

I'll have to check with my bank later, but I'm fairly confident it went through.

Hi Christina,
You will actually get a confirmation email for your donation right away. However, this does not actually mean your donation went through. It is sent automatically as a thank you, but the donation does take some time to be processed. Something could still have happened at this point where it was declined or could not be processed. I am so sorry for the confusion on this! Thank you for letting us know once you have checked with your bank. :)
