I called 2 months ago to update account info. The person I talked to entered information wrong. I received an email asking me to update my information. I did 2 weeks ago. Now I have received a letter asking me to send a check. And of course I try to call and your phones are down. Why was I asked to update info if no one was going to check that I had?

Emily, what number did you call. The toll free number is 18003367676. I have sponsored for 22 years and have never called and not had the phone answered. Hope you have better luck.

Emily, I am so sorry you were unable to reach us. I know that we have had historical volumes of phone calls and emails over the last few weeks. In addition our hours of operation are currently 8:00AM to 4:30PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday so if you called outside of those times, you may not be able to get through. What information was entered incorrectly? Your mailing address or payment information? Please email the social media specific mailbox (socialmedia@compassion.com) with the information that needs updating/correcting and we will respond within twenty-four hours. Regrettably, if it is payment information email is not secure. You can however log into your account to correct or update this information.
