Account Credit & Auto Pay

My issue is two-fold.  First, my account has been set up on autopay from the beginning but has never once actually auto-paid.  I have to remember to go in every month and pay the bill.  2nd, A few months ago I started noticing a credit on my account that shouldn't be there.  I've continued to make my sponsor payments even though the credit keeps increasing with each payment, telling me I don't need to make another payment.

I've reached out before regarding the auto pay problem but it was never resolved.  Can you please help me get this fixed once and for all?

Hello Darla, I am sorry that this issue has not been resolved for you. I have submitted a research request to the processing team to find out why the automatic contribution is not processing on the account and why it is showing the credit balance. They should be able to get this addressed and corrected within the next couple of weeks. Please check back with us then if it has not been resolved. I really appreciate that you have been so understanding and patient with us.
