Hi, i have an ongoing sponsorship for two children but when i set up my account online, the profile
of only one of them shows. I tried both on the website and the app and it only shows the profile of one child . I would get email notifications about the other one as well but even if i follow the link to go to my online account, it would only show one of my sponsorships. Does anyone know how this can be resolved?

There’s usually a drop down where you can select which of you children you want to view and also on the sidebar it will say, “My Sponsorships” and next to the drop down menu will say View All. do you see that?

Thank you for your feedback. Under “my sponsorships” it would display only one profile, there is no “view all”
Also, when i go on the app, it says the number of my sponsored chilren: 1 but i get charged monthly for both and i would also get email notifications about the other child.

Hi Andi! Thank you so much for reaching out to us with this concern. It looks like when we set up your two sponsorships, our system created two different accounts for you. I have requested for this to be fixed, and you should be able to see both of your kiddos' information on your account within a week or so! I'm so sorry for that mistake on our end!
