Hello, I had cancelled my sponsorship back in June I believe and I haven’t gotten any mail or charges to my account until today. When I logged on to my banking account it says I’m being charged and it over drew my account. Is there a way to reverse that because I know that I haven’t been paying and I had asked to cancel my sponsorship back in June. I loved doing compassion but I just can’t afford it and now I really can’t afford to have my bank account over drawn. Please help me if possible. My old sponsorship number was 06866969.

Melanie, I'm so sorry for any confusion about your sponsorship of Ester Abigail. When we spoke with you in June, we had offered to cover several months of support for you, and you accepted our offer to help you keep Ester. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. I'm sorry to hear that you need to cancel, but I understand and can certainly help you. Please rest assured that I have removed Ester from your account, and I have asked our processing team to refund your account the $38. Please know this may take 2-3 business days to process.
