In December of 2016 a letter came stating that account systems would be undergoing upgrades. It is now August 2017 and account balance not provided on statements or online. What is the issue?

Good morning Catherine, 
I apologize for the frustration this has caused you. As you may know, the changes we made to our new system did have a few bugs that needed to be worked out, which has affected the statement process. We decided that it would be better to send a monthly reminder of the amount that you have committed  to each month until these bugs have been worked out, rather than send a statement with an inaccurate balance. However you should definitely be able to view your correct balance online. You may view this balance in two places. The first is at the bottom of your home page, under, "Account Summary". 
The second is under, "Make A Payment" at the top of the page. 
You will see that you have a credit on your account of $78 at this moment, so you will also see this balance. Please let us know if for any reason you are unable to view your balance this way!
