Trouble adding new sponsor children on app.
Can you help my husband and I —We signed up for two children at a compassion event (ME099900236 and RW053500508). We decided to add a third and are able to see her on the app as we registered online but not our first two. Payment has been take out for all three. Can you help with this please?! (DR026000178 child we can see online/app) Thanks- Mike and Kim

Hi Kimberly! A second account was made when you added your third child. I am making the request to have these two accounts merged together under the one you currently have your DR child on so that you can see all of them online and on the app :). It usually takes several days for this change to be made. You should see all three of them online once the change has been made.
