Add my new sponsored child to my account.

I just sponsored another child.  I received an 2 emails, one for each of the children I sponsor.  When I go into my account the second child is not listed.  How can I get him added to my account

When I've signed up additional kids, it's usually taken between 6 hours to a day for it to show up on my account even though the email gets sent out right away. I'd give it at least a few hours and check again.

Hi Julie! It looks like we have an account for you with a child that you've been sponsoring for several years. Then we have a new child that you just signed up for. I'm happy to go ahead and combine the accounts so that all of your children are on the same account. However, was there just the two children or was there a third child? If you sponsored a third child, please post that child's ID number here so that I can make sure that this child is included on your account as well.

Alright, Julie, I have this taken care of for you. You should be able to see both children on the one account now. :)
