Additional gifts not showing on Giving History

Hi made some additional gifts to my four sponsored children in May 2017 and received record of transaction in my email. However, as of now it is still not reflected in my giving history. Kindly assist/ advice if the gift was successful or still in process?

Hi Gazimon! Thank you so much for choosing to bless your four kiddos is this very tangible way! Please rest assured that I do indeed see these five gifts that you gave in May of 2017 :). I see that they were processed on May 7th using your card on file. I'm so sorry that these gifts are not showing up on your online giving history right now as we have been experiencing some issues with our web system not accurately reflecting account information sometimes. Please know that our web and technical teams are aware of this issue, and they are working hard to resolve this issue :). We appreciate your grace and understanding as we work to correct this for you.

Our many additional gifts sent in April still do not show up in our giving history.  We're still being prompted to give a birthday gift to Sterson, whose birthday was yesterday, even though we sent his gift in April.  This is distressing.  I have a computer science degree, and it's hard for me to understand how it can be so difficult to solve a display problem the tech team has known about 3 months or more.  I do appreciate you and others being available to answer questions, and I understand you cannot resolve all problems, especially web system issues.  We'll all be happier when glitches are fixed.

Mitchel and Kathleen, I completely understand your frustration and I sincerely apologize for the continued delay in fixing this on your online account. With quite a few issues being worked on right now, it is taking a large amount of time for us to get each one of them corrected. I think I responded to you a while ago confirming that we did receive the gift for Sterson and sent it on to him as well as the other gifts. We will correct the information that your giving history is displaying as soon as we are able to, but do rest assured that your gifts have gone through to the children as they should. Thank you so much for hanging in there, an I completely agree that we will all be thankful when the issues are fixed :)!

Thank you for putting my mind at ease--again.  I'm sorry to be impatient.  I don't think I would have been bothered about it after you assured me ... except I kept seeing the prompt to give him a birthday gift.  I won't worry about it anymore.  If I see the prompt to give Joan a gift, I'll ignore since I sent that gift off yesterday and received confirmation e-mail.  Thanks again for you and others in support/relations being so patient and kind to all us sponsors.  It's got to be tiresome to answer same requests over and over--especially from the same person!  :)  Y'all do a great job.  You are always sensitive to the possibility that things going on with our families and jobs exacerbate the little things.  Indeed.  But Abba is in control.  He is a good good Father, loving and wise.  He deserves our utmost confidence/trust as we wait to see His goodness displayed in the circumstances of our lives.  Blessings, --Kathleen

Both birthday gifts I have sent have continued to show on the notice part of the board as a "Send a gift' reminder even though my gift showed up on the Giving part as well. I don't think the two are connected.
