Address not showing updated ones

I have try to update my address and mobile phone number for more than a few times already and everytime after clicking save, it says system is having problem for that action. Though when I return to my summary page, it shows changes are pending. So I waited some days till the pending disappear, but then I see my address is not updated or changed at all. It only shows my name and the zipcode as like before. So I have re-updated for more than third time more or less now. The error on the website still appears and showing pending. Please look into it and help me update for me so it shows the updated address and mobile phone. Thanks! (I use website online, not app)

Hi Hope! For addresses outside of the USA, we have a human trained in foreign addresses look over them to make sure they are correct before finalizing in our system. This would explain a delay however several days is longer than usual. Please email us at socialmedia@compassion.com with your new address and we will make sure that it is reflected on your account.

I have emailed my address and mobile number some days ago, please let me know if it has been received and looked into. As I see my address still not showing updated address and mobile on account page

Hi Hope! I am so sorry you didn't receive a response from us regarding your address. It looks like we didn't receive your email, which would explain why you didn't hear back from us. Would you mind resending your correct address to socialmedia@compassion.com one more time? We will email you back to confirm your correct address once we receive the email :).
