I just listened to a BBC program from Uganda. I sponsor a girl in Uganda. She is 14. Many girls drop out of school when they reach puberty because they do not have the necessary sanitary protection for their monthly periods. Does anyone know if Compassion supplies such products to help keep girls in school?

Hi Rachel,
This is a great question! Compassion absolutely does help with this. Compassion does everything they can to help ensure that all children are able to attend school, and to stay healthy. We do supply products to these young ladies so that they can continue going to school, and to also lower the chance of disease spreading.
