Age is incorrect in app for my Child

Hello! I have noticed that my child's age was never updated in the app. His name is Ishimwe Blaise RW2820050. It says his birthday was April 22, 2010 and that he is 4 years old. If his birthday is correct, than he should be 5 years old. Is his age wrong or is the app slow in updating? Thanks!

Uh, oh! Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Ashley! We want the information on your mobile app to be correct and I've passed this along to our web developers. Please make sure you've cleared your cache and installed the most recent version of our application as it's been updated in the last few days. This might solve your issue and update your child's birth date as it's correct in our system.  If this doesn't update Ishimwe's birthday on his profile, we want to further troubleshoot this. Please let me know what type of mobile device you're using, your carrier, and OS version so that our IT team is able to work on your specific issue.
