Ah! My card expired... I cant figure out how to update my information for payments!

Hi! Please help me, my debit card expired, and I want my kids to stay on auto pay... I have a new card to add, but I cannot figure it out. Can you please help me?

Audrey, go to My Account, and Payment options. Your information will be there and you can edit it to pull from your new card.

Yeah you should be able to go to "my account" Click the blue button that says "Edit payment settings" under "Payment Options." Then once it loads, a topic will say "Direct Payment Plan." Next to it says "Edit." Click it and there you should be able to change the card.
