Amazing Customer Service!

Because of an error on my part, I got pretty behind on payments, and I received a letter and a text telling me to call immediately to retain my sponsorship, even after I made 3 payments to get somewhat caught up.  I was really worried because I love my sponsor brother Divagar and would hate to lose him after over 3 years.  I called today and I just want to thank Compassion's phone staff, as I was completely put at ease. Austin, the representative, helped me figure out a plan for now and when I leave for the Naval Academy in a month so that I can get caught up and stay that way, and the friendly conversation really dispelled my worries.  Thanks again to Austin and everyone from Compassion for helping me out today and over past three years, and for making sponsoring a child such an enjoyable and easy experience.  I look forward to continuing the relationship through my time in college and beyond.  Have a blessed day!
