Another case of overdue payments

I have been notified that I am overdue in my payments.  I do realize that my current is my have had issues with one auto payment, ( my balance was too low for the payment to go thru ).  The current car that I have on the site IS good.  And if the payments are pulled on the days that I requested it should be good.  I don't think that I am 3 months behind but not sure.  Thank you.

I am so sorry for the confusion on your account. I do see that you have missed just two months due to insufficient funds when we have attempted to pull, and the other month is actually January, which we have not attempted to pull. The issue is that if we attempt to pull from you account and it does not go through, we will not try to pull again until the sponsor sets this back up. The reason being, is that we do not want to rack up insufficient fund fees on anyone's account. However, we would be more than happy to assist you in setting this automatic withdrawal back up if you would like. Please let us know if you would like the same pull dates, (the 10th for one child, and the 20th for the other) reactivated to begin in January. :)
