I wrote a letter to my sponsored child via the app on my iPad. The app does not show the letter was written and that I haven’t written in 50 days. It should show 14 days or similar with the letter. Can someone verify that letter? It doesn’t even show the letter as a draft (should I not have pressed send) however I am sure I did.

Hey Cyndee! What version of the app are you running and what phone software do you have? We just recently updated the app for the iPhone and iPad, which may be why you aren't seeing correct information on the app. I do see the letter in the system, and it has gone through to your child :).

I am relieved to know that Ephie’s letter is in the system. Thank you so much for answering so quickly!! I am working on an iPad Pro that I got a few months ago. The current system is 11.1.1

Cyndee, would you try uninstalling the app and seeing if there is a software update for your iPad as well? Restart your iPad and then re-install the app. Once you do that, let me know if it still shows the 50+ days since your last letter was written and whether or not the letter shows up on the app. Thank you!

Hi Sarah, Yes - deleted app, updated software, reinstalled app - Everything seems to be working fine. The days have been updated and I can now access my last letter.  Thank you.
