Appropriate clothing for a visit with my child in dominican republic

I was looking at a custom visit with my child it says culturally being awarre of what we should wear. So with that being said does anyone know w what would be appropriate to wear in san juan dominican republic? Long dress? do i need a longer sleeeve or is a short one fine?

Toward the bottom of the page is a packing list with lots of details. :) Also, you will get more information from our trips and visits team once you book a trip!
