If we include something with text on the photo pages online, is it translated?

Hi Beth! Anything with writing on it that is scanned will be translated. This means that the photo pages are also translated. I hope this helps!

Hi Susan

I was talking directly to a supervisor (Austin) the other day. He told me that if I scan a letter myself and attach it as a photo and send it then the letter won't be translated because it recognizes a letter as a photo.

So, I've been typing on a letter template online AND attaching my handwritten letter as a photo. Could I know what is correct?

Jenny, I apologize for the confusion. Anything that is scanned is translated.

Ok. Thank you. My kids will wonder why I submiitted letters twice with typed letter template.

I still have a few questions about scaning letters and photos :)

So,if I just scan a letter and upload as a photo, the letter will still be translated in a new blank paper?

If I use a template letter online then are the letters translated on the right colume?

I want to scan some educational materials for my children. If I scan worksheets or Several pages of a book (around 4pages), are these still translated or should I type a simple instruction or a brief about what the book is about?

I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you!

Hi Jenny! Yes, the letter will still be translated on another piece of paper or possibly on the back of it. Template letters include the space for the letter to be translated right on the letter in that right column, so yes, that is where they are translated. Your educational pages should also be translated for your kids, but I would still encourage you to write a little note about what the book is about. Your kids would love to know that you included the pages to help them in their schooling!
