Hi, I just pulled up my account to make sure that my new sponsored child was added to my auto payment plan. It shows that I am behind $190. i have had auto draft set up for quite some time and I am not sure why it's this far behind and I haven't received notification. I am unable to pay the $190 in one lump sum but i want to make sure that the regular monthly payment for both children will still be taken out each month so I don't get farther behind. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!! My sponsor numbers are EC059400639 and EC028600137.

Audra, I am deeply sorry for any confusion or concern caused by your monthly donations not withdrawing as scheduled :(. Regrettably, your donation on March 3rd did not go through, so your card was made inactive in our systems. This means that your automatic monthly donations did not proceed to withdraw afterwards, and that is why we are missing a couple of months. I'm so sorry that you were not notified of this issue :(. Sadly, we have experienced some issues with the new system that our IT Team is currently working on resolving. One issue has been with our systems showing your children set up on automatic monthly donations on a card that is no longer active. Please rest assured that our tech teams are aware of this, and they are working hard to correct this issue as soon as possible. I encourage you to please update your payment information for your two kiddos either through your online account or by calling us at 800-336-7676. We are available to serve you Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Mountain Time. I completely understand your need to make up this amount slowly over time, so please don't feel any pressure!
