Auto Payment not deducting

My auto-payment has never deducted since I started sponsoring.  In the beginning it didn't dawn on me that was happening so I missed the first couple of months.  Even though it says it's on auto-pay, every month I have to go and manually process the payment (when I remember).  I was going to remove the auto-pay and try to set it back up but there's no option to remove it.  Can you please help me get this fixed?  Thanks and have a blessed day!

Darla, I sincerely apologize that your support has not been automatically withdrawing like it should be. I can imagine that it could be frustrating to have to go in each month and make a manual donation. I have asked our processing department to research why your automatic withdrawal has not been going through so that we can get to the root and correct this for you before the next deduction should be. Thank you for your patience as we correct this issue.

Hi Darla. 

It looks like there is a credit on your account for two months. With our system, the monthly automatic contributions do not come out if there is a credit on the account. Your donation should come out May 25 with the card you have on file. Please let us know if there is still an issue at that time. I am so sorry for all of this!

I've encountered the same problem. I set up auto withdrawal to be completed on the 3rd of each month. It's the 17th now, but automatic withdrawal has not been processed. I'm a little afraid to make an on-line payment, in case they would make an auto withdrawal after I pay them.

Hello Steve, I am sorry that your auto contribution has not been processed yet. Regrettably, I was unable to locate your account with the email address provided. Could you please provide me with your sponsor number or your sponsored child's number so that I can take a look at your account to find out why your contribution has not been processed? I appreciate your assistance.
