My checking acct where the monthly support of our child was compromised. It is currently frozen to prevent future forgery, and I need to know what can be done since the monthly deduction is scheduled this week.

Dorcas, I am so sorry that you are dealing with this! Your child will continue to receive support in the program even if we aren't able to pull the donation for this month right now. Do you think you'll be able to make up the donation after your account is unfrozen? If you have a credit card you would rather have placed on the account to pull donations from while this gets worked out for you, you are welcome to do that too. You'll need to either update your payment information online through your account or by calling our office at 800-336-7676. Our office is open Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Mountain Time.

How do you speak to a live person on the phone??? Every time I try it doesn’t recognize my sponsor information!

Vikcie, I am so sorry that you were having trouble talking to someone via the phone. Were you calling the phone number listed above and using the correct sponsor number? Our phones were down yesterday due to a technical difficulty, but I was able to cancel your sponsorship today.
