Automatic payment confusion

Hello! I have previously signed up for automatic payments but continue to get mailed statements that my payment is due. In these instances where I have sent a check, sometimes the automatic payment goes through and I pay twice the amount for the month. I would like to cancel the automatic payment and just received paper statements so that I can send a check. Thank you!

Hello Stephanie, I apologize about any confusion concerning your automatic contribution. I do not show that you have an automatic recurring contribution set up for your account. It looks like you have been sending in a check. You can also login to your online account and make a one time contribution there as well.
