Automatic payment not processing

Hello. I have my sponsorship set on automatic payment but it has not been processing the last few months. Is there a reason why this isn't processing?

Nikki, it looks like the credit card that the automatic payment was sent on was declined and that is the reason why it has not been going through. Please log into your My Account to verify and update your information under Payment Options. Thank you so much for your support!
