Automatic Payment Not Working

Hello, 

Since starting my sponsorship, I have chosen the automatic payment plan. But every time I check my account I find that money is NOT automatically withdrawn and therefore I manually pay it. 

This is not very convenient, as sometimes I forget to check and then my lovely daughter doesn't get her payment on time!

Please let me know what's wrong here.

Raghda, I sincerely apologize that your automatic withdrawal has not been going through automatically like it should be. There also does not appear to be anything wrong with your card or the way it was setup. However, I reset it to automatically pull May 5 and trust it will go through this time. Thank you for your patience.
