I'm enrolled in the automatic payment plan, but it isn't coming out of my account monthly.

Kimberly, I'm so sorry to hear that you automatic monthly sponsorship has not been pulling like it should. I was able to locate your account using your email address, and I've looked into this for you. On January 15, 2019, the automatic payment was voided, so it broke the automatic payment plan. Please rest assured that I have set it back up to continue on Sunday, September 15, 2019. If you notice that your payment has not been processed within 24-48 hours after the 15th, please do let us know. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we may have the opportunity to help you! Thank you so much for blessing your sweet Mercy Abena, and have a blessed day!
