How can i change from automatic payment to one time payments?

Even if you are set up for automatic payments, if you make a one-time payment of several months, it will pull from that  before charging you.  See the Credits line below.

Hi Monica! If you would simply like to remove your automatic monthly payments and begin paying manually, I'd be happy to remove your automatic payments for you :).
