For some reason my card isn't being charged for the automatic date I have it set to. I've tried multiple times throughout the past month or two but it doesn't put a charge on my card for it. Any help?

Hello Nathan! I'm so sorry that your automatic withdrawals haven't been working. I see that your card has been successfully added, and I would be happy to try to run that card again and resume your automatic withdrawals. What day would you like your contribution to pull?

I'll try for the 20th of each month. Could you also try to charge it for this month (February) before I attempt to manually send in a payment? Thanks.

Sounds good! I did go ahead and process your donation for February, and reset your automatic withdrawals to continue on the 20th of March.

For some reason automatic charging/payment still isn't working. Any idea why it still continues to not charge my card automatically? If I need to just do it manually I can but would prefer if it just automatically processed.

Hi Nathan! I'm so sorry that your card still isn't being charged automatically. I didn't see that there were any errors causing your card to not be charged. Would you like me to try to reset your withdrawal date to maybe the 27th of this month to see if it will pull, or would you like to manually give this month's payment and we can try the automatic withdrawals again next month? Again, I'm so sorry about this!

Hi Sierra! I'll go ahead and send the manual payment for this month and see if maybe it works next month and then if not we'll figure it out then. Thanks for the help!
