I am signed up for automatic monthly payments and I am normally charged around the first of every month but was not charged this month and I am just wondering why?

Hi Isabella! Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry that your regular donation was not taken out on the 1st of this month! According to our records, the card we have on file for you was made inactive last month on the 20th. Was this an error, and is that card still active? If so, we would be happy to re-activate it for you, go ahead and withdraw December's donation, and set up your automatic withdrawals beginning next month. Please let us know how you would like to proceed!

The card is still active, could you reactivate it? Also if you activate it starting next month, does that mean I have to pay separately online for this month?

Hi Isabella! I have reactivated your card in our system, and set up your automatic withdrawals to begin on January 1, 2020. You are welcome to make a manual donation online for this month, if you'd like, or we can process the donation for you on our end. Which would you prefer?
