Automatic withdrawl processed three times for April, 2017

We recently received a letter in the mail informing that an error had occurred and we had mistakenly been charged twice for the month of April. The letter informed that a refund would be processed to our account within several days. In checking our account a week later, then, I was frustrated to see a THIRD charge for April instead of a refund. Can someone help me understand what is happening? Can we expect to see two refunds now?

Eric, I sincerely apologize for the frustration in regards to these extra charges. I can only imagine how frustrating that can be. :( As when I look at your account, I am seeing only two payments this month on April 4. I also see a note from the 20th that we refunded you. If you are willing, could you please email us at socialmedia@compassion.com with what you are showing on your end and the dates that it was withdrawn? I want to try to catch the discrepancies and correct this for you as soon as possible. Thank you!
