Automatic withdrawl processed three times for April, 2017

We recently received a letter in the mail informing that an error had occurred and we had mistakenly been charged twice for the month of April. The letter informed that a refund would be processed to our account within several days. In checking our account a week later, then, I was frustrated to see a THIRD charge for April instead of a refund. Can someone help me understand what is happening? Can we expect to see two refunds now?

Eric, I sincerely apologize for the frustration in regards to these extra charges. I can only imagine how frustrating that can be. :( As when I look at your account, I am seeing only two payments this month on April 4. I also see a note from the 20th that we refunded you. If you are willing, could you please email us at with what you are showing on your end and the dates that it was withdrawn? I want to try to catch the discrepancies and correct this for you as soon as possible. Thank you!
