Automatic Payment Not Working?

Started sponsoring new child and set it up to automatically withdrawl (like our other children), and the account settings say it is but our charge for this month doesn't include it.
Note: this is the second month of sponsorship, but first month on automatic payment (for this child).

My account also shows my automatic payment plan, yet the payment hasn't posted in my bank and it's almost the end of the month. If nothing happens, will my child lose a month of support? I don't know how to solve this issue.

Hi Sarah, I'm sorry that I'm unable to locate your account and take a look (there are a lot of folks in our system with your name). If you miss one month of support, you will not lose your child. You still have time to call or email us to find out what is happening with your automatic payment plan. Our email is ciinfo@us.ci.org - just send us a message and we will look at your specific account.
