Autopay for birthday gifts

I keep getting emails and letters from Compassion that say I need to quickly purchase a bday gift for my sponsored child so she gets the gift in time. I am pretty sure I have autopay set up so that my 2 sponsored children get a bday gift automatically without me needing to remember to make that special payment each year. Can you double check this for me? My sponsor ID is 00915899. Thanks.

Hi Traci! I'm so sorry for any confusion or concern caused by these email and letter birthday reminders. Please rest assured that you do indeed have an automatic annual birthday gift scheduled for both of your kiddos. It looks like Alexander's gift is scheduled to withdraw annually on March 15th, and Scarlthe's gift is scheduled to withdraw annually on July 15th. Regrettably, these birthday gift communications are automated and do not always recognize when you have a gift already scheduled. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
