Billing Error on Account

Just logged in and my account says I am overdue on three of my sponsorships, however, I am an autodeduct. Pulled my credit card statements for the last three months and the deductions have been charged to my account. I need this error fixed on my account.

Hi Stacey! I am so sorry that your online account is showing your donations are behind. I can verify that we actually have been able to pull your donations as you have said and your account is showing as paid up to date in our system. We are aware of an issue where our internal system and the giving history online are not syncing together, which makes it appear as though sponsors are behind in their donations when they look online. We are working to fix this as soon as we can! Thank you so much for double checking on this situation, and you should see it corrected online soon as soon as we get the issue corrected.
