Hey i am very stressed out i had to pay $200 plus cause i never noticed for the automatic billing i had to update my details in december. I paid the full amount on the 23rd of june and now last night on the 27th it got detucted again making it $400 plus out of my acount i do not live in the usa so that is alot of money can someone please help me

Hey Michelle, I am so sorry for the stress and any inconvenience this all has caused. I know it can be especially difficult dealing with financial matters like this while living abroad. On your account, I show just a $228 charge on the 23rd of June, but I also know that we have been having some transaction issues in our new system lately so it may just not be showing up on my end. I am so sorry for the double charge. Could you please email me a copy of your bank statement showing the duplicate charge and I will get started on refunding the extra $228?
