A few months ago, I sent some birthday cards and stickers for two of my correspondent children in the same envelope. Only one of the cards was scanned in. Can I assume that my other correspondent child still received the physical birthday card since I sent it with stickers? I sent some other birthday cards with stickers in for different children a few weeks ago that haven't been scanned in either, but I think they might just need more time. I'm not too worried about the cards being scanned in and getting translated as long as the kids are getting the actual cards with the stickers.

Hello Erin, I appreciate that you want to bless your children with special birthday cards and stickers. I would be happy to check in to this further for you. I will need some additional information to do that. Please tell me the date that you mailed the cards and which children they were for. I am sure that you do, but I just have to ask, are you including your sponsor number and the children's number on each of the items you mail in? I appreciate your help.

I'm not sure the date I mailed in the cards, but the card that was scanned in was scanned in on May 14th. That one was for Briseida (ME012300014). The other card that was in the same envelope and wasn't scanned in was for Marina (BO043301026). Both cards and the stickers were all labeled with the kids' names, their numbers, and my sponsor number. I assumed Marina got the physical card with her stickers, but I wanted to double check. The cards I recently sent in that haven't been scanned in yet were for Cinthia (DR032402042) and Anthony (KE038400289). I only sent those in two or three weeks ago though, so they might just need more time. Thanks for your help!

Erin, sometimes when an items are to be mailed with a card that does not have any writing on it (it appears these cards did not have writing on them aside from Spanish phrases) we will simply mail all the items. It is likely that both cards and the stickers were sent to both Briseida and Marina.

Both of the cards had writing on them. Only the front of the musical card for Briseida was scanned in. The writing was on the inside of the card. The card for Marina was just a regular card and that was not scanned in at all. I'm glad the cards and stickers were likely sent to both of them. I'm not worried about the translation as long as they got the cards. I wouldn't want them to think I forgot about their birthdays.

Hi Erin,
Thankfully we know that anytime a letter or other item is sent along with any item that must be physically sent (stickers, bookmarks, musical cards or pop up cards), we will send all the items physically together. I imagine in it possible we missed the writing inside your card, which means it may arrive without translation, but I am sure when it arrives someone will help translate it. :) I am so sorry for the worry that this caused!
