We sent a birthday gift to our child months ago, but it doesn’t look like it was recorded. To his account. Today is his birthday and I just got a message saying it’s not too late to send a gift. Can you please help?

Hi Marcie! I am so sorry for the confusion! I do see that birthday gift you sent in August, which was processed and sent on to Emmanuel for his birthday. Regrettably, that message will sit on your account until his birthday has passed even though you have already given a gift. Please know it is ok to ignore this as I do see that gift was delivered to him already.
