Hi Our Sunday School Class, Perspectives For Life (3002755), sent our child, Mayra ES-787-0451,a birthday gift of $50 but it never showed up on our statement. Somehow the payment was mixed up and was shown being given from our church, Covenant (2276243). The payment ARE sent from our church but we want to make sure Mayra knows the gift came from us. I called the customer service dept and they told me it would be corrected but it has not been after several weeks. Would you please look into this and make sure this is rectified - her Birthday is July 19 - does she get that gift closer to her birthday or actually on it? Thank you so much for your help!!

Hi David! Regrettably, we weren't able to transfer the gift to your 3002755 account because in order for your church to receive the tax credit, it must be placed on the Covenant account. The generous gift you guys sent was written from the checking account of Covenant United Methodist Church and so it needed to be placed on that account. But rest assured that it was distributed to your sweet Mayra and so you can see the gift on her profile from your 3002755 account and she'll receive your gift as being from your Sunday school class, Perspectives For Life. Your Sunday school class will also get the thank you letter regarding how the gift was used. I hope that clears up any concerns! Also, she'll get your gift around her birthday, when it's delivered to her project staff. It's not held until her actual birthday but she'll be told that it's for her birthday. She'll feel so blessed and special, thank you!
