Birthday Gifts Not going Through

Hi! On or about 9/22 I sent two $20 birthday gifts to Novela (ID073200068) and Emilyane (BR025801277), my two November birthday kids. I have a charge on my Discover for $40 (I can send you a screenshot of my statement, if necessary) but it is not showing on my Compassion account. I sent three more over the weekend for my December birthday kids, and those are properly showing, but the two I sent in September are not. I noticed it because my main account page is still asking me to send a birthday gift to these two kids, while the other three (that did go through) are saying "thank you for your generous birthday gift" or whatever. Could you all please look into this? I was definitely charged for the gift, so I want to make sure that it goes through. Like I said, I'm happy to send you a copy of the statement if needed.

Hi Emily! I see that we processed these two $20 birthday gifts on 9/21/17 and they are showing complete on 9/22/17. I am so sorry that the online system is not showing these gifts! Have you by chance looked under the Tax Receipts and Giving History section to see if the gift shows there? Are you looking on the app or online? You may need to clear your cache and cookies and then log back in to see them. Let us know if this does not work and I will see what I can do! Thanks for your patience! :)

Hi Shannon! I've been looking under Tax Receipt and Giving History in my account, and I've been using the website on my laptop. However, if the gifts are showing as complete on your end, then I'm satisfied. I just wanted to make sure they went through! Thank you so much for looking. In the meantime, I will clear my cache and see if that helps.
