Hi Matthew! We don't normally suggest cash donations as they are difficult to track and can get lost. Another option you might consider is if your parents want to help get a money order or use their debit/credit card. If not, you can mail your cash donation into our office and we will still apply it to your sponsorship. Please be sure to attach a note on the cash with your sponsor number and child's reference number noting that it is for your child's support so that it is designated correctly. You can mail it to the following address:

Compassion International
(No street address necessary)
Colorado Springs, CO 80997

I would suggest placing a paperclip on the cash or putting it in a zip lock bag so that none of the cash gets separated or lost and it all stays together. Thank you so much for your kindness and for sponsoring a precious child with us! You are such a blessing in their life!

Aidan, we certainly understand if you're unable to make donations with check or credit card! Although we don't normally suggest this method of payment because it can get lost and is hard to track, you are welcome to mail in your donations in the form of cash if your parents do not want to do so using money order or debit/credit card. I merged your idea into this conversation so that you can see my response to Matthew when he asked about cash donations. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
