I found some printable devotions for kids. Am I able to send that to my kids due to the amount of translating that would be involved?

Hi Anna! Great question and idea! You may send up to six pages, front and back, including a letter. We will translate whatever content is included within those limits. This means that you are welcome to include small portions of a devotional along with a letter if you would like.:)

One more quick question, one of  my kids lives in Columbia. I know he speaks Spanish. Am I able to send things to him in Spanish?

Hello! When I used to sponsor a child in Ecuador, I would sometimes try to write in Spanish. According to Compassion though, you can write them in Spanish, but it won't necessarily speed the process up. Compassion still needs to translate it due to different dialects and making sure everything is accurate and understandable. Hope that helps!

Hi Anna, as Lisa-Maria said, we do discourage writing in Spanish because it often times may even slow down our translation process. However, we will still translate it and make sure it goes through, regardless. However, if you find story pages, or coloring pages in Spanish, that kind of thing can be pretty cool for them! :) -Shannon

Ok. Yes, I wouldn't write the letters in Spanish. I was thinking coloring pages and stuff. Thanks!
