Can’t open letter

I am unable to open the letter in the either the application or full site. It has a date it was delivered and a white arrow in a blue circle. When I click on the arrow it just continues to spin, and when I click on the link in the email to view the letter (the email says we have a letter) it states that there were technical difficulties and we should refresh or try again in a few minutes. Am I doing something incorrectly? Thank you!

Hello Melissa, I am sorry that you are experiencing any difficulty accessing your letter from Jhaziel online or with the mobile app. I have asked my technical support team to take a look at this for you. I appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to resolve this issue.

I am having the same issue. The website said I have received a letter from my child, but when I tried to open it, it said there were technical difficulties and I should try again. However, now I cannot even find it, as it no longer shows up on the account home page! Nor can I find anywhere on the entire website where you can go to view past letters from your child! Why is this so hidden?? How do I find her past letters (including the one that wouldn't open)?

I am having the same issue. In the app, it just spins. On the computer, I can’t even click on it. Is there anything I can do to read the letter from my child.

Hi Everyone! We've opened this issue with our tech team. At this moment, we are not able to open the letters in the system either but are working hard to fix the issue as soon as possible. Hang in there while we get this fixed!
