I’ve been waiting a month and a half to be able to open and read a letter my sponsored child sent me on December 12th. I can’t open it on the app from my iPhone 7s or from the website; nor have I received the letter in the mail yet. 6 weeks seems kinda long to be waiting for it to be translated, and I am just wondering if something is wrong.

Good afternoon Andrew,
I am so sorry for the delay in this letter from your sweet child, Sofia. Because we have recently switched all of our partner countries over to our new translation software and we know that there will be some learning curve in getting used to this, we may see a little bit of delay in translating these letters. For the time being, in order to allow our staff some time to transition to this new software, we will not be able to push any of these letters through. We expect that your letter should be viewable within a couple months at maximum, but since this is all new to us it is hard to know for sure. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience as we get through the learning curve! I pray your letter will be available for you soon!
