We would like to send $100 to our sponsored child and her family for Christmas. We don't see how to give any more than $30 on the website.

Hi Kimberly! Yes you can send $100 to your child and her family. All Christmas gifts are pooled together and divided between all Compassion children, so if you donate to the Christmas Fund, your money will be put into a fund for all of the kids. However, to donate the $100 to your child and her family all you need to do is select Additional Giving from your online account. From there you can select "Child Gift" or "Family Gift"  (both of which have the option for a $100 donation)  100% of your gift will go to your child/family if you send it this way.  I've included an image to show you what I'm talking about. Hope this helps!

Edited to say, there has been a recent change (that I should have seen when I took that screen shot.) It appears that 10% of gifts are now used for administration and delivery of gifts.

Thanks for the heads-up Kristen! That came as a real surprise after it has been 0% deducted for so long. Though I trust their judgment (exchange rate alone would be a cost), hopefully there will be some sort of publication to inform and explain.
