Can you tell me why my letter to my child was cancelled please?

I sent store bought cards to my three kids all identical. Flat, no adornments, just a fall card I really liked. I wrote my letter inside the card with my number and child number. The card was my letter. Two of my boys either have received or will receive a scanned copy. 

My card was sent to Supakorn TH 081500141 11-27-17. It was stopped "with a problem" and I was told to wait. Now it has been cancelled 12-08-17. Can you tell me why it was cancelled and why it can't be submitted?

I am so sorry to see that this letter was cancelled! I agree with you that it is very strange that this letter was cancelled. Thank you for your quick reply and personally checking my letter! .

 I forgot to tell you that it moved from - "there is a problem" - to" cancelled" just yesterday 2-1-2018. The computer just back dated the cancellation to 12-08-17 when it was originally stopped.

Hi Kris, 

No problem at all and thank you for that extra bit of information! I did hear back from our mail room and it seems that the letter and card were scanned in incorrectly and therefore you cannot read it. I tried my best to see if they could just re-scan the letter, but sadly it has already been shredded. I will be out of the office until Wednesday but when I get in, I will see if there is anything else I can do. I may be able to fix the letter myself, but I cannot promise anything. Again, I am so sorry! I know this was our error, and I feel horrible! I will let you know if I am able to fix it for you. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
