Your computer system never works, Did not receive correct information on India, I cannot delete my credit card info, I have been over charged. 7  year donor ...im done. Refund ASAP please, delete my account.  6 months of problems and mis information.

I cannot even send an email without a message the system is down.  You have spent MILLIONS  of dollars on Donor sevices and computer systems and I cant even get through. WOW!

We were notified of system maintenance this weekend and upgrades all this month. Sorry you are having problems. You may want to try calling after the 16th.

Thank you, John! That is correct; we are doing our final system upgrade over this weekend. Over the past two weeks, we have been training our users to use this brand new system. I do apologize that we have not been as readily available in these past two weeks as we typically are. This is a significant change for us and it does take a while to get everything changed over to the new system.

Nancy, I am so sorry that this past year has been a tough one. It has been tough for us, too, and our hearts are breaking over what is happening in India. I am so sorry for the frustration and disappointment that these situations have caused. I have your account information, and as soon as we can get into our brand new system this week (we are closed today and for the holiday tomorrow), I will honor your request to cancel your support and will request that a refund be sent to you for the support you have sent for your India children this past year. I pray many blessings for you, and thank you for the seven years of partnership and blessings that you have been to Compassion.
