Kelly, I am so sorry for the confusion with John Kelly being added to your account this month after your previous child left the program. With the majority of sponsors asking to sponsor another child immediately after one child leaves the program, we have a system in place that automatically sends out a packet with information on a new child to consider for sponsorship. Included in that packet is a request for the sponsor to let us know if they do not wish to sponsor the new child. The request states that if the sponsor does not contact Compassion within a certain length of time, the child will be automatically accepted onto their account. Because we had sent the request with the packet in May, and hadn't heard back from you, we accepted John Kelly as your sponsored child. I apologize if you did not receive this letter of explanation. I have placed John Kelly back up for sponsorship with another sponsor today. I see that you also sponsor another child. Please let me know if you are asking to cancel your other child's sponsorship as well or just John Kelly's.

I have fine with lil Josselyn since we chose her. My husband was away in Iraq and once home, we were moving within 3 days so if this letter came, we missed it. Thank you for you help with John.
