I would like to cancel both of my sponsorships. I enjoy supporting my children, but this is becoming too much. I was due to get paid on the 8th. However, my employer held paychecks because it was the weekend and did not pay us early either. One of my sponsorships is due on the 9th. The card linked to the sponsorship had about $2 on it. Fortunately, I had another card with another bank that I'm supposed to be using for my car insurance. I went onto the website and it gave me an option to "pay now" beside where it said $38 was due. Great, I thought, I can just pay early and use this card this one time (so my other card/bank doesn't go negative). So I added $38 onto my sponsorship and assumed my monthly donation was secured. The next morning on the 9th I wake up and check my bank and my balance is about -$35. Despite me adding $38 from my other card, Compassion still charged me $38 on my regular card. Now I am an extra $38 short, my bank account is negative and will possibly charged an overdraft fee, and I have to pay my car insurance. I am a full-time college student working a part-time minimum wage job. I cannot afford for things like this to happen and would like to discontinue my sponsorships. Also, if it's possible to get a refund for one of the charges, that would be really helpful.

The "Pay Now" option:
